Yes — the whole clinical flow, billing, stock and insurance claims, for unlimited patients. It is paid for by industry updates shown to your prescribers between patients, never inside a patient's record.
Nothing. CareBoon runs in the browser on the phone or laptop you already have. No card readers, no server, no installation.
The facility does. We process it on your behalf under a data-processing agreement, and our AI never receives a patient's name, number or phone.
It splits the co-pay at the cashier so you collect the right cash, builds the insurer's share into a claim as the visit goes along, and gives you a statement to email to the insurer or lodge on their portal. From there it tracks the claim, ages it, and reconciles what the insurer pays.
To be clear about what it is not: CareBoon does not yet submit claims electronically into an insurer's system, does not verify membership in real time, and no money passes through us — the insurer pays your facility directly, as now.
Yes. Keep using whatever card or scheme your patients carry exactly as you do today — CareBoon runs the clinic around it and prepares the paperwork.
Mobile money or bank transfer. Monthly is the default and you can stop any time; pay for a year up front and two months are free. Hospital pricing is quoted for your facility's size.
The first 10 facilities to come on board pay half the price of whichever plan they choose, for their first 4 months — Clinic UGX 75,000 · Clinic+ UGX 150,000 a month. After that the normal price applies, and we will tell you before it does. We ask for candid feedback while we are still improving, and permission to name you as a reference clinic if you are happy with us. Nothing else changes: same product, same support.
